Teaching summary
In this message, Pastor Leonard and Pastor Lori Rola teach the second “position of readiness” revealed to them by the Holy Spirit: God finds no fault in the believer. Through the finished work of Jesus Christ, believers are perfected, justified, glorified, and sealed in Christ. The Father does not condemn, does not remember sins, and does not see fault in those who are in Christ. This truth positions believers to stand firm in faith, especially in times of crisis, knowing they are forever righteous and accepted.

Gratitude and the Call to Pure Grace
Pastor Leonard begins by expressing deep gratitude for the encouragement received from viewers and supporters. He shares how comments affirming the clarity and purity of the grace message strengthen him. He openly admits that at times he wonders whether he should speak more about law, rules, or obligations. However, the Holy Spirit continually confirms to him: Stay in the lane of grace. The message must remain unadulterated and centered entirely on Jesus Christ.
Positioned in Readiness – Introduction
This teaching continues the series “Positioned in Readiness.” Pastor Leonard explains that the Holy Spirit progressively revealed truths that transformed his understanding of the gospel. These revelations positioned him in readiness so that when life-threatening challenges like COVID or cancer arose, he did not have to “get ready.” He was already grounded in truth.
The First Position: You Are Loved
The first foundational truth was that he is the beloved of God. This understanding frees believers from legalism, religious bondage, and covenant mixture. The gospel of grace awakens the soul to the glorious truth of Christ’s finished work.
The Second Position: He Finds No Fault in You
The second truth revealed by the Holy Spirit was radical and life-altering: God finds no fault in the believer. Period.
When a person confesses Jesus as Lord and believes in His resurrection, they are born again and made new in Christ. From that moment forward, the message from the Father is unchanging: He finds no fault in you.
Pastor Leonard addresses common objections—missed church, imperfect giving, negative thoughts, marital disagreements—but each concern meets the same response: He finds no fault in you.
No Condemnation in Christ
John 8:11 shows Jesus’ nature toward the woman caught in adultery:
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
Jesus did not condemn. Likewise:
John 3:16-17- For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Romans 8:1-2- There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Believers cannot step out of Christ. The Father placed them there. Therefore, condemnation is permanently removed.
Perfected Forever and Sealed in Christ
Hebrews 10:14-17- For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us… And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
The believer is perfected forever. God remembers sins no more.
2 Corinthians 1:21-22- Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
God established and sealed the believer in Christ. This sealing secures a permanent, faultless standing.
Romans 8:30- Moreover, whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
The Father’s view and opinion of the believer is the same as His view of Jesus.
John 8:36- If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
Justified by Faith Alone
Romans 5:1- Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Righteousness has nothing to do with moral or ceremonial law. It is the result of faith in Jesus Christ alone.
The Good Fight of Faith and the Good Confession
1 Timothy 6:12-13- Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life… who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;
The good fight of faith is standing firm in righteousness by faith. The believer’s confession is agreement with God: I am righteous. He finds no fault in me.
Pontius Pilate’s Confession: “I Find No Fault in Him
Isaiah 53:7- He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth.
Jesus did not defend Himself. Yet Pilate repeatedly declared:
Luke 23:4- Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man.
John 18:38- I find in him no fault at all.
John 19:4- I find no fault in him.
John 19:6- for I find no fault in him.
This was the good confession witnessed before Pontius Pilate. Pastor Leonard teaches that this same declaration now stands over the believer in Christ. As Jesus is, so are we in this world. The Father’s declaration over Jesus is now His declaration over us: I find no fault.
Conclusion: Standing Firm in Faultless Righteousness
The second position of readiness is this: God finds no fault in you. This truth anchors the soul. It frees believers from religious striving and establishes them in grace. If the message seems too good to be true, that is precisely the nature of the gospel of grace.
We hope this article blessed you. Share this teaching with someone who needs to hear the good news that in Christ, they are righteous, justified, perfected, and forever faultless before the Father.
