Introduction: Gratitude and Love

He shared how eliminating harmful seed oils (such as canola, sunflower, soybean, and palm) and replacing them with healthy fats (like olive, avocado, coconut, and sesame) improved his health. Testimony of Transformation: From 300 lbs to Health
Pastor Leonard shared his personal testimony of once weighing 300 lbs, struggling with knee and back pain, and hiding his size with oversized clothing. His body was telling him to lose weight. By cooperating with the Holy Spirit and making changes to eating and exercise, he lost nearly 100 lbs, and his pain disappeared. Today, at age 66, he feels stronger and healthier, giving glory to God for both divine healing and cooperation with natural wisdom.
Love as a Source of Power and Healing
Love, he explained, is not just emotional but a powerful source of energy. Just as Caleb declared his strength at age 85, love fuels vitality. Leonard compared love to the strength of Superman, saying it releases energy and healing within the body.
Lori’s Testimony: Healed by Revelation of God’s Love
Pastor Lori shared that her healing came as she discovered how deeply God loved her. While reading the Mirror Study Bible, she saw words of identity and love—God calling her holy, a saint, and loved as much as Jesus. The Holy Spirit revealed His love, and without realizing the day or hour, she was healed. This healing flowed not from striving, but from receiving the revelation of love.
Overflowing Love through Family and Grandchildren
Both pastors shared the joy of spending time with their grandchildren, especially after the birth of their newest granddaughter.
